WHO ARE WE?

WHO ARE WE?

If you treat an individual as if he were what he ought to be and could be, he will become what he ought to be and could be.
- Goethe

We are catalysts for human growth – others’ as much as our own.

Committed to encouraging life-long learning, we are Consultants for Learning & Development. We design, develop and deliver holistic ‘learning’ solutions. Our forte is behavioral skills and extends across these domains:

Speed of learning and adaptability to change is one of the most critical determinants of success – for organisations and individuals alike. The years ahead will witness this truth sharper than ever. Through our work, we partner with organisations and individuals to build this competitive advantage, sharpen it, then catapult themselves forward.

We relate with audiences of all kinds – across age, gender, seniority, skill-set, geography, and more. Guided by the conviction that all situations and all roles offer opportunities for growth, our work is a rich tapestry, made so through the diversity of audiences and organizations it weaves across. Equally comfortable with all, our work seeks to address the ‘person’ and his/her motivations.

Besides business corporations, we also partner with educational institutions and NGOs, working closely with youth, as also with teachers. To help unleash young potential is a pet passion, for it helps shape our world’s future.

In addition to group facilitation, we also offer one-on-one coaching to help people acquire mastery in their chosen roles of life.

Our work keeps us constantly evolving, joyful and youthful.

PERVIN

pravin bhasin

Pervin is certified in Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centred Coaching and as Coach by the Erickson College, Vancouver. She has been a Learning and Development professional since 1990. Experimenting, innovating and playing with the technology of ‘learning’ is something she thoroughly enjoys; the result is a process that is as learner-led as possible. Conviction that learning is at its most effective when the learner finds it involving and fun, is evident in her design and delivery as facilitator.

Vibrantly alive as facilitator, there is never a dull moment in the programmes she leads. Be it by provoking thought, challenging norms, charting new paths, inspiring action or simply having a whale of a time, the process engages learners totally.

Deep insight into human behavior and organizational dynamics lends her work its unique flavor and shows in the final delivery and results.

Pervin can be childlike, passionate and playful one moment, and the very next, sober, meditative, reflective. Writing poetry and communion with nature keeps her connected with the core. As Learning & Development specialist, Pervin’s work is characterized by – The union of Head and Heart.

OUR CREDO

OUR CREDO

Statement Of Purpose

To ignite the greatness inherent in every human being and help it find expression in the pattern of daily living

Our Guiding Beliefs

  • Every human being without exception, is a reservoir of limitless potential. Our role is to help them realise it.
  • The work-place provides immense possibility for human potential to find wholesome expression. Indeed, with work taking up the larger portion of the best years of our lives, we must use this possibility fully.
  • Integrity cannot be substituted. We believe in what we do. If we do not believe in it, we do not do it.
  • Our clients must reap a lot more than what they invest. They trust us. We must under all circumstances live up to that trust.
  • Learning is fun. It renews and restores. It keeps us sharp.
  • Pursuit of perfection means trying to get better every single day at who we are and what we do.
  • When we help others grow, we grow too.

OUR APPROACH

OUR APPROACH

Without continual growth and progress, such words as improvement, achievement and success have no meaning.
- Benjamin Franklin

Our solutions bring maximum value to our clients by being:

  1. Pragmatic
  2. Innovative
  3. Flexible
  4. Simple

With our clients, we enjoy a collaborative, co-consultative equation. Painstaking attention to detail goes into crafting every solution.

We are zealous about drawing developmental requirements from the organisation’s strategic priorities. We examine Context before developing Content. We study: the business, its track record, the ecosystem, competition, market dynamics, internal dynamics, customer dynamics, customer feedback , employee surveys and more. Real-time observation in most cases is a must. Focused group discussions and one-on-ones also supply vital nuggets.

Equally conscientious are we about understanding our audience – the learners. They are the recipients of all we do. Almost obsessively learner-centric, we invest substantially in zoning into their reality, and building these insights into our solutions.

We stay committed through the entire learning cycle, as co-custodians at every stage - from identifying the need for learning to post learning reinforcement and review. The sustained change effected by our partnerships with clients speaks for itself.

SOCIAL CONSCIENCE

SOCIAL CONSCIENCE

All the work is only a drop in the ocean. But if I did not put the drop in, the ocean would be a drop less.
- Mother Theresa

At Purple Path, we are inspired to make a difference, to leave the world a better place. Living our Purple Path is about more than making a living, it is about living a life that matters.

Serving as catalysts for growth, helping unlock human potential and igniting human greatness is our chosen way of life. We live with the awareness that to contribute beyond commercial motivation and help build lives that are disadvantaged economically or in other ways, is not just a responsibility, but a blessing. And that it is in giving of ourselves that we truly receive.

We actively partner with NGOs whose ideology we connect with. A few examples:

  1. The ‘Stairway to Success’ program:

In partnership with the NGO ‘Down To Earth’, this is a youth mentorship program spread over two years. Addressing young people between the ages of 18 and 21, Stairway to Success focuses on building character, life-skills, employability skills, personality and poise.

  2. ‘The First Step’ program:

Conducted in partnership with three NGOs : Down To Earth, Atmasantosh Foundation and Dharma Bharati Mission, The First Step addresses a younger audience, between 16 and 18 years of age. Our emphasis here is Communication skills, Confidence, Analytical thinking and Digital awareness.

  3. Isha Vidhya:

This is an NGO established by the Isha Foundation. Isha Vidhya runs schools to provide high quality education to the poorest of poor in rural India. Enrolling children who come from backgrounds of abject poverty, these schools are transforming lives. We are privileged to volunteer with Isha Vidhya for fund-raising, as also assisting on projects that lie within our domain of expertise and leverage our core competencies.

At Purple Path, we welcome like-minded people to connect with us and to explore partnerships towards making a meaningful difference.
